Refund policy.
This policy describes the general refund approach for custom digital strategy, design, development, and implementation services.
Last updated: June 7, 2026.
Custom service work.
Expert Digital Group provides custom digital services that are planned around each client, project, and scope. Because time, research, planning, creative work, development, coordination, and third-party costs may begin soon after approval, refund eligibility depends on the status and terms of the engagement.
Deposits and milestones.
Deposits, retainers, milestone payments, discovery fees, and service fees may be non-refundable once work has started, resources have been reserved, project planning has been completed, or costs have been committed. Any project-specific refund terms should be reviewed in the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or agreement.
Review requests.
If you believe a payment should be reviewed, contact us with the project name, payment details, and the reason for the request. We will review the work completed, costs incurred, scheduled commitments, project documents, and any relevant communication before responding.
Third-party costs.
Fees paid to third-party platforms, software providers, hosting companies, domains, advertising platforms, contractors, or other external vendors are generally subject to those providers' own terms and may not be refundable through Expert Digital Group.
Cancellations.
If a project is paused or cancelled, remaining work, deliverables, access, files, outstanding balances, and any possible refund or credit will be evaluated based on the project record and written engagement terms.
For payment or refund questions, contact Expert Digital Group through the contact page.
